When can I order a delivery?
You can post a job in the app 24/7 and schedule it for any time. Our transport partners receive an immediate notification and can submit an offer.
How does Movaroo work?
Post a listing in the app by filling in the addresses and describing the items to be transported. You can also add photos. Dozens of transport partners will start competing for your delivery and submit offers directly in the app. You compare the offers, choose the best one, and pay directly in the app. The selected transport company handles everything at the agreed time on a turnkey basis.
Why do quotes come at different prices?
Because each driver prices their work individually, prices can vary. Drivers can also see each other's offers and can always outbid with a better price or free additional service. All quotes are fixed-price.
Do I have to list all items?
No! It's enough to provide the basic details of the job, add photos, and describe the load. With photos, the driver can better assess the scope and price the work more accurately. You can optionally add more details, but it's not mandatory.
What if I don't get any offers?
Drivers see new jobs immediately, and most receive offers within minutes. If you don't get offers within 24 hours, contact customer service and we'll figure out what's wrong. Note that the turn of the month is an especially busy time for moving companies. Last-minute jobs during that time may sometimes be harder to fill.
Is your service insured?
Yes.
All Movaroo jobs are insured, as we require our transport partners to have insurance that covers damages to the customer's belongings. Transport partners bear full responsibility for the customer's property.
How does payment work?
Payment is processed when you accept an offer.

Does the service include carrying help?
Yes. All jobs include carrying service at no extra charge. Just mention which floor the items go to and whether there's an elevator when creating the job. Drivers take this into account in their offers.
What kind of vehicles do partners have?
Our transport partners have vans, trucks, and semi-trucks of various sizes. When making an offer, they select the right equipment for each job.
All partners meet the fleet minimum requirements:
- Protective equipment and fastening tools
- Well-maintained and insured transport vehicles
Do I need to be present?
No. Our transport partners can pick up and deliver items as agreed, even if you're not there. Whether it's a post office, a code-locked storage, your workplace lobby, or grandma's garage. Once you've accepted an offer, you can give the driver clear instructions for pickup and delivery.
Can you pack or protect the items?
Yes! Our transport partners can bring packing materials in advance or handle the entire packing when you mention it in the "additional details" section. Partners take it into account in their offers.
